Genesis 28:17

And he is fearing, and is saying, `How is he-fearing937 the Standing-place of This one?938 Nothing is this one for if a house of elohim, and this one is a gate of the Dual-Heavens.`939

The sentence begins with the interrogative מַה־, signifying a question. Statements of exclamation in ancient Hebrew usually contain a word like ah or aha (see Strong’s #1889) to make it obvious.
