Καὶ ἀπῆλθον εἰς ἔρημον τόπον τῷ πλοίῳ κατ᾽ ἰδίαν.

And they went away within the Ship into a desolate place/position, according to their own.

And they departed to a desert place by ship apart.

And they departed by boat into a deserted place apart.
