Luke 23:27

Ἠκολούθει δὲ αὐτῷ πολὺ πλῆθος τοῦ λαοῦ, καὶ γυναικῶν αἳ καὶ ἐκόπτοντο καὶ ἐθρήνουν αὐτόν.

RBT Translation:

θρηνέω - Singing dirges/laments

And they kept accompanying self, a multitudinous multitude of the People, and also women who kept cutting off and kept singing laments for Himself.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And a great multitude of people followed him, and of women, and who were lamenting bitterly, and bewailing him.

LITV Translation:
And a great multitude of people were following Him, and of women who also were bewailing and lamenting Him.
