Who knows if God will repent, and turn from his fierce anger, and so we shall not perish?

This verb is in the ื ืคืขืœ (nif'al) binyan, indicating passive or reflexive voice. The prefix ื  (nun) marks the nif'al conjugation, while the root provides the semantic meaning. In its masculine singular complete/perfect "tense", ื ืื‘ื“ translates as "he has been lost" or "he was destroyed" implying destruction or ceasing to exist (annihilation).

This is the same word ื ืื‘ื“ for the 1st person plural "we are being lost/destroyed."
