And he is drawing near toward himself, a multiplying one ("Rab") of the Rope Binder, and he is saying to himself, "What is to yourself stunned one? Stand up, summon toward mighty ones of yourself! Maybe the Mighty Ones are considering themselves to ourselves, and we are not being lost/destroyed away!"
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the chief sailor will draw near to him and say to him, What to thee, thou snoring? Arise, and call to thy God; perhaps thy God will work for us and we shall not perish.
LITV Translation:
And the chief of the seamen came near to him and said to him, What is it to you, O sound sleeper? Rise up and cry out to your God! It may be our god will notice us, and we will not perish.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And the shipmaster came to him, and said to him, Why snorest thou? arise, and call upon thy God, that God may save us, and we perish not.
