Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And they being reviewed will be three and twenty thousand, every male from the son of a month and above: for they were not reviewed in the midst of the sons of Israel, for an inheritance was not given to them in the midst of the sons of Israel.
LITV Translation:
And those numbered of them, twenty three thousand; all males from a month old and upward. For they were not counted among the sons of Israel, because there was no possession given them among the sons of Israel.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And there were according to their numbering, twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and upward; for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because they have no inheritance in the midst of the children of Israel.
