Matthew 10:2
Τῶν δὲ δώδεκα ἀποστόλων τὰ ὀνόματά ἐστι ταῦτα· πρῶτος Σίμων ὁ λεγόμενος Πέτρος, καὶ Ἀνδρέας ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ· Ἰάκωβος ὁ τοῦ Ζεβεδαίου, καὶ Ἰωάννης ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ·

And of the Two and Ten Messengers, the Names are these: Firstly, 'Hearing', the one who is being spoken 'Small Stone' and 'Manhood' the Brother of himself, and 'Heel Chaser' the one of Endowment, and 'Favored' the Brother of himself,24

24 | Greek τὰ ὀνόματά ἐστιν ταῦτα, the names is these. The word ἐστιν "he/she/it is" is a 3rd person singular verb, not a plural. Every manuscript records it the same. And every translation we have found, changes it. |
