RBT Paraphrase:
I will put a waste, it is not being trimmed and not being ordered [hoed], and a thorn is ascending and a thornbush, and upon the Enveloping-clouds I am commanding from raining upon him a rain.
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And I will make it a desolation; it shall not be pruned and it shall not be dressed, and there came up sharp points and thorns: and upon the clouds I will command from raining rain upon it.
LITV Translation:
And I will lay it waste; it shall not be pruned nor hoed; but briers and thorns shall come up. And I will command the clouds from raining rain on it.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And I will forsake my vineyard; and it shall not be pruned, nor dug, and thorns shall come up upon it as on barren land; and I will command the clouds to rain no rain upon it.
