And El-Strives their father is saying toward them, `If an upright, then, make this one, take from the pruned-one¹²⁶⁴ of the Earth in your finished-articles, and cause them to descend to the Man a gift, a little cracked-one,¹²⁶⁵ and a little lumped-one, a smitten-one¹²⁶⁶ and a wrapped-one, bellies¹²⁶⁷ and awake-ones.¹²⁶⁸

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And Israel their father will say to them, If so now, do this; take of the best fruits of the land in your vessels, and carry down to the man a gift of a little balsam, and a little honey and spice and resin, pistacia nuts, and almonds.

And their father Israel said to them, If it be so, then do this: take from the produce of the land in your vessels and bring down a present to the man, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts and almonds.

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And Israel, their father, said to them, If it be so, do this; take of the fruits of the earth in your vessels, and carry down to the man presents of gum and honey, and frankincense, and stacte, and turpentine, and walnuts.
