And he is saying, "What have you made? A voice of the blood of the brother of yourself, are those who scream ("Tsoaqim") toward myself from out of the Ground of Adam!

And he will say, What didst thou? the voice of thy brother's bloods, crying out to me from the earth.
LITV Translation:
And He said, What have you done? The voice of the blood of your brother cries to Me from the ground.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And the Lord said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brotherโ€™s blood cries to me out of the ground.
