And He Is is saying, "He has seen, I have seen the self eternal depressed of the People of myself who are within Dual Siege ("Egypt"), and I have heard the self eternal cry of themselves because of the oppressors/drivers of himself, for I have known the self eternal pains of himself!"
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And Jehovah will say, Seeing, I saw the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and I heard their cry from the face of their pressers; and I knew their pains.
LITV Translation:
And Jehovah said, I have certainly seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry from before their slave-drivers; for I know his sorrows.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And the Lord said to Moses, I have surely seen the affliction of my people that is in Egypt, and I have heard their cry caused by their taskmasters; for I know their affliction.
