I adjured you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if ye shall find my beloved, what ye shall announce to him: I am pierced by love.

In Hebrew, ืืชื›ื (etkhem) is the masculine plural form of "you" (direct object) and is used when addressing a group of men or a mixed-gender group.

The feminine plural counterpart is ืืชื›ืŸ (etkhen), which is used when addressing a group of women, which should be used here as a group of women "daughters" are being addressed, but instead the masculine plural form is used...
