I, myself opened to the beloved one of myself, and the beloved one of myself curved around, he crossed over! The Soul/Breath of myself, she went out within the word of himself! I sought after himself but I have not found himself. I summoned himself but he has not eyed myself!

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
I opened to my beloved, and my beloved turned about, he passed away: my soul went forth in his speaking: I sought and I found him not; I called him and he answered me not.
LITV Translation:
I opened to my Beloved; but my Beloved had left; He passed on. My soul went out when He spoke; I sought Him, but I could not find Him. I called Him, but He did not answer me.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
I opened to my kinsman; My kinsman was gone: My soul failed at his speech: I sought him, but found him not; I called him, but he answered me not.
