Even though I am walking within a valley of a Death-shadow, I am not fearing the evil one, for your eternal self is with myself, your smiting-rod and your support-staff of themselves are comforting me.
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
Also if I shall go into the valley of the shadow of death, I shall not be afraid of evil, for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they will comfort me.
LITV Translation:
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
He that is innocent in his hands and pure in his heart; Who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, Nor sworn deceitfully to his neighbor.
