καὶ εἶπον αὐτῷ, Ἀκούεις τί οὗτοι λέγουσιν; Ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς λέγει αὐτοῖς, Ναί· οὐδέποτε ἀνέγνωτε ὅτι Ἐκ στόματος νηπίων καὶ θηλαζόντων κατηρτίσω αἶνον;
RBT Translation:
αἶνος - A Tale
And they said to himself, "Do you hear what these ones are saying?" And the Salvation is speaking to themselves, "Yes! Never at any time did you know certainly that From out of a mouth of unspeaking-babes, and those who are nursing, you have repaired a story!"
"From out of a mouth of the infants and nursing ones you have founded might for the sake of the oppressed ones of yourself, to make cease/rest ("shabbat") him who is hated and him who avenges himself."

(Psalm 8:3 RBT)
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And they said to him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus says to them, Yes; have ye never read, That out of the mouths of young children and sucklings thou hast adjusted praise?
LITV Translation:
And they said to Him, Do you hear what these say? And Jesus said to them, Yes. Did you never read, "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings You have perfected praise?" LXX-Psa. 8:3; MT-Psa. 8:2
