RBT Translation:

And while they came toward the Multitude, a man drew near to self, he who is kneeling himself,

γονυπετῶν - falling on the knee, kneeling

(αὐτὸν himself is in the accusative here, not dative, hence "before him" or "to him" is an inaccurate rendering.)
