καὶ ἀναβλέψας εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν, ἐστέναξε, καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ, Ἐφφαθά, ὅ ἐστι, Διανοίχθητι.
RBT Translation:
And he who has looked up into the Heavenly One sighed deeply, and he is speaking to self, Be opened! which is, Be opened across!
διανοίγω

= open by dividing or drawing asunder, open across, open so as to connect

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And having looked up to heaven, he sighed, and says to him, Ephphatha, which is, Be opened.
LITV Translation:
and looking up into Heaven, He groaned and said to him, Ephphatha! (which is, Be opened!)
