And he who has woken up, he bestowed honor on the Wind and said to the Sea, "Quiet! Be muzzled!" And the Wind stopped, and she has become a mega calm one.
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And having risen, he censured the wind, and said to the sea, Be silent, be constricted. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
