Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
All ye inhabiting the habitable globe, and dwelling in the earth, when lifting up a signal on the mountains, ye shall see; and when striking the trumpet, ye shall hear.
LITV Translation:
All you inhabitants of the world and dwellers of the earth, as one lifts a banner on the peaks, you will see. And you will hear as the blowing of a ram's horn.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
Now all the rivers of the land shall be inhabited as an inhabited country; their land shall be as when a signal is raised from a mountain; it shall be audible as the sound of a trumpet.
