You were born of the "North Wind", Enemy to the "East Wind", "Horses" mounted by "Death"
And you have come from the standing place of yourself. From the dual thighs/sides of hidden one ("North") is your eternal self and peoples multitudinous are with your eternal self, all of those who mount horses, a mega assembly, and a force multitudinous!

And thou earnest out of the places from the thighs of the north, thou, and many peoples with thee, riding horses all of them, a great convocation and much strength:
LITV Translation:
And you shall come from your place out of the recesses of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great assembly, a mighty army.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
and come out of thy place from the farthest north, and many nations with thee? all of them mounted on horses, a great gathering, and a large force?
