RBT Paraphrase:
Before she is yet being uncovered, the evil one of yourself is just like a seasonal time of public disgrace of the daughters of Highland ("Aram") and all the circles of herself, the daughters of Dual Wallowers ("Philistines"), the ones treating with contempt the eternal sign of yourself from the circuit.
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
Before thine evil shall be uncovered as the time of reproach of the daughters of Aram and all round about her, the daughters of the rovers despising thee from round about.
LITV Translation:
before your evil was uncovered, as at the time of the reproach of Syria's daughters and all the ones around her, the daughters of the Philistines who hated you from all around.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
before thy wickedness was discovered, even now thou art the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, even of the daughters of the Philistines that compass thee round about.
