RBT Paraphrase:
And you have not walked within the road of themselves; and within the disgusting abominations of themselves I have made almost nothing,16 and you are being spoiled/corrupted more than themselves within the entire road of yourself!
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And thou wentest not in their ways, and thou didst not their abominations: loathing as a little, and thou wilt be corrupted above them in all thy ways.
LITV Translation:
Yet you have not walked in their ways nor have done according to their abominations. As if it were only a little thing , you were even more corrupted than they in all your ways.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
Yet notwithstanding thou hast not walked in their ways, neither hast thou done according to their iniquities within a little, but thou hast exceeded them in all thy ways.

The Ketiv (what is written) is עשיתי = Qal perfect, 1st person singular of עשה (“I did”). The 2nd person feminine singular עשית was injected (Qere - what is read) by Masoretes. עשיתי "I have made/done" is the original text.
