Thou shalt not hasten with thy mouth, and thy heart shall not be quick to bring forth a word to the face of God: for God is in the heavens, and thou upon the earth: for this thy words shall be few.

LITV Translation:
Do not be hasty with your mouth, and do not let your heart hurry to bring forth a word before God. For God is in Heaven, and you are on earth; on account of this, let your words be few.

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
For through the multitude of trial a dream comes; And a fool’s voice is with a multitude of words.
