No more stumbling in the dark
And he who has squeezed himself, of the Right Hand, woke up himself immediately, and the Steps/Paces of himself and the Ankles were made solid.
Ankles σφυδρά – plural of σφυρόν:
1) Anatomical: ankles or ankle joints (e.g. Il. 4.147, 22.397).
2) Metaphorical: lower edge, foothills, or extremities of geographic features:
• ἐν Παλίου σφυροῖς – “at the ankles of Palius” (Pi. Pyth. 2.46)
• AP 6.114 (Simmias), 7.501 (Perses) – base of natural features
• Nonnus, Dionysiaca 1.165 – mythic landscape extremities
