Ἔσται δέ, πᾶσα ψυχή, ἥτις ἐὰν μὴ ἀκούσῃ τοῦ προφήτου ἐκείνου, ἐξολοθρευθήσεται ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ.

Because the Sea will be no More

And she will be, every soul-life, anyone who should not listen to the Prophet, that one, she will be utterly wiped out/destroyed from out the People.

And it shall be, whoever hears not that prophet, shall be destroyed from the people.
