Acts 5:9

The verb ἐκφέρω (future ἐξοίσω) primarily means "to carry out," "to bring forth," or "to fulfill." Among its various senses, when applied to women it often denotes "to bring forth" in the sense of childbirth (cf. Hippocrates Nat. Mul. 19; Plato Rep. 461c; Aristotle HA 577b). Thus, the phrase καὶ ἐξοίσουσί σε literally translates as "and they will lead you out," with an emphasis on the process of delivery or emergence (e.g., from the womb) or more broadly as being led or delivered from a place or condition, not simply transporting or carrying outside a location.
