1 Thessalonians 5:3

ὅταν γὰρ λέγωσιν, Εἰρήνη καὶ ἀσφάλεια, τότε αἰφνίδιος αὐτοῖς ἐφίσταται ὄλεθρος, ὥσπερ ἡ ὠδὶν τῇ ἐν γαστρὶ ἐχούσῃ, καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐκφύγωσιν.

RBT Translation:

When they should say 'Peace and safety' at that time unexpectedly is coming to themselves destruction just like the Birth Pang, she who holds within a womb, and they will by no means escape.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
For when they say, Peace and security; then sudden ruin is upon them, as anguish in her with child; and they may not escape.

LITV Translation:
For when they say, Peace and safety! Then suddenly destruction comes upon them, like travail to the pregnant woman, and they shall not at all escape.
