RBT Translation:
and he is within the dual bright-ones and he is tricking within themselves God is Himself ("Elihu") and he is saying they summoned/read within the voice mega for mighty ones Himself for he is meditating and that a pursuing to himself and that road to himself maybe asleep Himself and he has woken up?
RBT Paraphrase:
"Perhaps he, himself is sleeping??"
And he is becoming within the Dual Bright-ones, and God is Himself ("Elihu") is tricking within themselves and he is saying, "Read within a mega voice, because mighty ones is Himself! Because he is meditating and because he has a pursuit, and because he has a road/way! Maybe he, himself is sleeping, and he has woken up!

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And it will be at noon, and Elijah will deride upon them, and he will say, Call with a great voice, for he a god: for he is talking, and because a withdrawing to him, and because a way to him, perhaps he is sleeping, and he will awake.
LITV Translation:
And it happened at noon, that Elijah taunted them and said, Call with a loud voice, for he is a god; for he is meditating, or pursuing, or on a journey; it may be he is asleep and must be awakened.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And it was noon, and Elijah the Tishbite mocked them, and said, Call with a loud voice, for he is a god; for he is meditating, or else perhaps he is engaged in business, or perhaps he is asleep, and is to be awakened.
